Tuberculin Skin Testing: (PPD)
The Mantoux skin test is required of health care workers, daycare workers and school employees. The test is a simple injection of serum into the outer layer of skin on the forearm.
You must return for interpretation of the test results within 48 to 72 hours. TB skin tests are not given on Thursdays.
